On Saturday, 18th April, we closed our doors at 49 Belvoir St, Leicester LE1 6SL, and are now located in our new purpose-built premises.

The new premises are Henry Smith and Hamylton’s old location, The Gallery, 47 Horsefair St, Leicester LE1 5BP.

We saw a fantastic opportunity to refurbish this location and make a space where While Opticians could develop and provide even better quality of care for both Henry Smith and Hamylton and While patients.

We’ve added the latest state-of-the-art equipment, a larger designer brand selection and a spacious interior. We still have the same ethos as a business, we are still independent, and most importantly, the same friendly faces you have come to know will be there to welcome you, including your Optometrists Hass and Saf, Nicola and Lisa.

We are also opening our booking times to Tuesday through Saturday, 9am until 5:30 pm, with bookings available during lunch hours.

Rest assured, for your peace of mind, all your patient information from your previous visits will be safely transferred to the new premises and will be available at your next appointment to ensure continuity.
